

Give to Give: The power of gratitude and service.
We know that the benefits of a yoga practice reach far beyond the physical. The emotional, mental and spiritual guidance that many of us gain from this ancient tradition can be life changing. I, myself, constantly remind myself to be grateful for this practice. I am grateful that it was introduced to me. I am grateful that I have the means to attend a studio that I love and grateful that yoga can be a regular part of my life. I also remind myself that many others may not have
