Yogahood Australia is a yoga service non-profit organisation set up specifically to benefit the wider community. We serve the community through our free yoga outreach programs Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Other volunteers may wish to contribute in other ways to the organisation's mission.

Contribute your skills
Yogahood Australia is always on the look out for skilled professionals to contribute their knowledge, time and efforts to support our work.
Volunteers are expected to commit for 5-hours a week for a minimum of 6-months. This is so volunteers can be appropriately inducted and contribute in a meaningful and impactful way.

Become a volunteer teacher
Are you a passionate yoga teacher who wants to share the benefits of yoga with the wider community? Do you have the time and heart for service? Apply to become a volunteer yoga teacher with us.
All volunteer yoga teachers must have yoga teacher qualifications, insurance, first aid, a minimum of 50-hour teaching experience, a working with children's check, police check and the Yogahood Australia Outreach Training certification.
Availability during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) is also essential to meet the needs of our programs.
Join our Board
Board members are voluntary contributors and are required to attend regular Board meetings. In addition, members are expected to attend longer strategy sessions upon request.
Members must be prepared to commit approximately 5 hours per month as required to provide strategic guidance & mentorship relevant to their position on the Board and their area expertise. Such work may often take the form or participation in a working group or sub-committee. Please note: there are currently no vacancies available.
