GENERAL MANAGER

 

Yogahood Australia is seeking a General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the organisation and manage its core team of volunteers. This important role ensures alignment between vision and purpose, strategy, external relations and internal operations.

 

The team works remotely using Google Workspace, phone and other digital platforms to undertake their roles. The candidate must be based in Victoria, preferably in Melbourne.

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

The Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in raising awareness of Yogahood Australia’s important community outreach programs, promoting its activity, and representing its brand.

The Communications Coordinator ensures that all communication from the organisation is consistent and aligned with key messages.

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

The Volunteer Coordinator has an essential role within the organisation and is a vital member of the team. The position is the key contact between Yogahood Australia and its current and potential volunteers.

This is a volunteer role and will suit someone who is a self-starter, has a can-do attitude, and who is passionate about our mission. The candidate will also need to be highly professional and personable - a people-person - and sees opportunities where others see challenges.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Yogahood Australia’s yoga outreach programs, which are delivered in partnership with organisations who specifically work with at-risk and underserved communities.

The Program Coordinator works closely with the Volunteer Coordinator who engages with Yogahood's volunteer teachers.
