Outreach programs
Our outreach programs bring free, mindfulness-based yoga directly into communities that need it most.
Through partnerships with community groups, schools, government agencies, and other non-profits, we deliver classes to people who may not otherwise have access to yoga.

These programs are designed for individuals experiencing challenges such as mental health issues, addiction, trauma, poverty, violence, or homelessness. Each session provides a safe and supportive space for participants to explore movement, mindfulness, and self-care.

By meeting people where they are, our outreach programs help foster resilience, connection, and wellbeing in communities across Melbourne — with the vision to expand throughout Australia.
6 Week Free Yoga Program
We offer a free 6-week yoga program to eligible organisations that serve and support at-risk and underserved communities. Each class provides a safe and supportive space where participants are invited to connect with their bodies and build awareness through practices such as:
Being present in the moment
Exploring choice-making in movement and stillness
Taking effective action with confidence
Adjusting intensity to feel strength or release in the body
Connecting breath, body, and environment
This program is not about being the best at yoga — it’s about taking time for yourself, exploring movement at your own pace, and cultivating moments of calm, focus, and self-care.
Our approach is culturally sensitive and honours the diverse beliefs, values, and needs of every individual. The program is designed to empower participants with practical tools they can carry into daily life, helping to cultivate resilience, self-care, and wellbeing.
